There is no lining. Size III Waist (laid flat): 37cm Skirt length: 68cm Measurements are approximate. Please allow for some error. I haven't worn it much, so I think it's in good condition, but it has been stored at home by a private seller. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
