Purchased in November 2025 and used for just under two weeks (a few hours a day). It was then washed and stored at home. The texture was very nice, and I liked that the pile wasn't too long, but it was too small for my pet. If the size were right, it has a good height, and it looks comfortable for resting a chin on. When turned inside out, there were some slightly rough spots in the stitching (photos ④⑤). They're in a part that gets tucked inside, so they're not noticeable.
