At that time, I had protective covers on the soles, so there are no noticeable stains or scratches on the soles or heels. However, there are some minor scratches on a part of the plastic (see photo 5). * The box is slightly crushed. * The paper inside the box is torn. * The insoles are new as I used different ones.
