This is a mid-sized bowl from Richard Ginori, likely from the Showa era, with a bit of depth. It's probably discontinued now. It has a rare design featuring mistletoe. Mistletoe is called "Vischio" in Italian, and it's found in both Italy and Japan. Doesn't that make you happy? It's a gorgeous piece typical of Ginori, with gold accents on the rim and both sides of the pattern. It has been used, so there is some wear and tear, including fading of the gold and some discoloration on the inside bottom. However, as it was a high-end item costing 5,000 yen each at the time, I'm offering it for sale so you can continue to enjoy it.
