This is a mouthpiece used by a professional saxophone player. This model was created with the sound of M.C. Gregory, popular in the American jazz scene of the 1950s and 60s, as its motif. By improving the chamber and tip opening, the sound made famous by great saxophonists of the past can now be reproduced by modern musicians. It has a thick body, a slight resistance, and a soft tone. It would have been from the early days when Meyer released the Gregory model. The "G" marking is no longer present. The "6" engraving on the number 6 is in the same place as on the current G model.
