I've confirmed that it works, and it functions without any problems. Velcro is attached to the back of the unit. All accessories are included (box, warranty, and other included items). Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. It is currently discontinued, and because it's a very popular unit, further price increases are expected in the future. Also, it's an effects pedal that has been talked about because it's used by AssH, the guitarist of YOASOBI. As the name "fuzz" suggests, it delivers a wild drive sound, and the clean to crunch tones when you roll back the guitar's volume are also superb, allowing for a wide range of expression with just one unit.
