These are Anpanman goods I got from a gachapon machine a few years ago. It's a set of three: Melonpanna-chan, Dokin-chan, and Kokin-chan. They're see-through and cute. They light up when you flip the switch on the back. I don't think you can replace the batteries. I had them on display in my room.
