The color is light green. I hope someone can use it. It has a safety buckle that comes off if caught on something. I used it on a kitten, but it was the type that would take it off, so I'm reluctantly selling it. The size is a minimum of 20.5 cm and a maximum of 32 cm (including the plastic part). I think it's perfect for larger kittens or adult cats like Japanese cats. Please read my profile to prevent any trouble.
