I have used it three times after purchase. It has not been used in the rain. I have not had a campfire nearby. I do not have any pets, and I am a non-smoker. There are minor scratches, dirt, bent poles, and leaves caught in the fabric from use, but there is no noticeable dirt and it is in good condition for use. Please note that the inner tent is sold separately and is not included. (I used a kangaroo tent with it.) Please understand that this is an outdoor item, so please purchase only if you understand this. Thank you.
