I'm not sure where I got it, but I think I received it from the "Please take one" section at a bookstore. It says Volume 13 is on sale, so this is likely from around June 2009. I couldn't find out if this was an appendix or a special offer, but it's probably a type of promotional POP for bookstores and not for sale. I plan to pack it with only water-damage prevention. I've kept it in a dark place since acquiring it, and I believe the cloth itself is in clean condition with no stains, but as it's been stored by an amateur, those who are particular about pristine condition or have concerns about packaging should refrain from purchasing.
