This is a cotton tunic blouse from Felissimo's Sunny Clouds line. Lace has been sewn onto the collar, but it was hand-stitched, so it can be removed if you don't want it. The front and cuffs feature pintucks and lace, creating a stylish design. It has sleeves, so it's useful when it's chilly. It can also be worn open as a light jacket.
