This is a 5351 Pour Homme shirt! Size is 4, which is LL/XL. I haven't worn it except for trying it on! The retail price... I don't remember exactly, but I think it was around 15,000 yen. It definitely cost over 10,000 yen! The color is pink, but it's a pale shade, so I think you can wear it simply on its own. The material is quite thin! Made in Japan.
