While the inside of the pants and the pockets aren't particularly dirty, the exterior is stained, hence the reason for the "as-is" condition. The fastener above the zipper has some blue rust. Please check the photos. There are no visible tears. Please wash before use. The item will be folded and shipped as shown in the last photo.
