It has been polished. There are few scratches, and the plating is in good condition with a nice shine. On the front side, if you look closely, you can see a few tiny stone chips on the front surface. I think it's at a level that you won't be particularly concerned about. Please understand that this is a used item, so there may be some dirt on the back and minor hairline scratches.
