I believe this is a Barbour Beaufort. I have used it after reproofing. It's black, easy to match, and has a cool look. I'm not sure about the size notation. I'll provide the actual measurements for your reference. Shoulder width is free size due to raglan sleeves. Width (pit to pit) is 61cm. Length is 78cm. These are amateur measurements, but please consider them.
