No outer bag or other accessories are included. ● I have used it without any problems until now, but while cleaning it for this listing, I noticed a slight play on one side. I didn't notice it while using it, so I don't think it will affect use, but please refrain from bidding if you are concerned. There were no problems with the turning of each screw.
