Thank you for viewing. The DS touch pen is not included. I was asked if there is screen burn-in, and I checked, but I'm not sure if it's a specification or not. I'm just an amateur, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. There is a white frame at the top, so it's a defective item. The LCD has had a screen protector on it since I bought it, so I think it will be clean if you peel it off. There are noticeable scratches on both corners. If you are concerned about minor scratches, please refrain from purchasing. Operation has been confirmed.
