I purchased this a while ago and don't remember the details, but I believe it's made of buffalo horn. Please let me know if there's anything you'd like me to check. It hasn't been used much. It has a soft, gentle sound and feel. The buffalo horn has a beautiful pattern, and each one is unique, so there are no two with the same pattern. I saw a description saying this, and I noticed a pattern, such as the white lines on the top. There are parts where I can't tell if it's a pattern or a scratch, so I've marked it as slightly damaged.
