This is an original custom chalk case made of ebony and purpleheart wood, featuring a 2-point notched diamond inlay style. It really does look like an inlay. The purpleheart wood also has a beautiful color. All of the purpleheart wood I use in my listings has been heat-treated to bring out the color. It's not this purple in its natural state. If the chalk is loose when you put it in, adjust it with masking tape or something similar. If it's too tight, try changing the position of the chalk. There should be a spot where it fits more easily. If it's still too tight, you can remove the label. I'm confident that the chalk I use will fit, so it should be fine. Taking the chalk in and out, and what to do when it gets smaller, can be a bit of a hassle, but that's what makes it custom. Thank you.
