I haven't had much opportunity to use this, and it's been stored for a long time. The original case has deteriorated with age and has been discarded, so it is not included. The items for sale are the tension watch itself and the instruction manual only. The hands do not point directly upwards slightly, so I am selling it as a junk item. You can still measure tension without any problems by rotating the gauge face to zero. This is being sold as a junk item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
