A large auditorium kama (tea ceremony kettle) made by Masamitsu Kikuchi. Size: Diameter (mouth): approx. 17.8 cm Height (including lid knob): approx. 16.5 cm Diameter (body, maximum): approx. 26.8 cm This item has been preserved over time and is in good condition. There is some slight rust. (Please check the images. I have determined that this does not detract from the item's value. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect, new item.) The body is inscribed with "大" (dai - large), "講" (kou - lecture), "堂" (dou - hall), and "政光" (Masamitsu). I believe the kama ring was purchased later.
