I also bought a booster at the same time and connected them. The sound is high-quality and refined. It has no noise, and its lack of quirks can also be seen as a drawback. It's been over a decade since I stopped using it, but I took it out and checked its operation, and it still has the same straightforward, high-quality sound as before, with no scratchiness or noise. People who prefer a rougher sound might find it lacking, but it's good for subtle, supplementary use. A cannon connector is attached to the OUT output, but I haven't checked it as I don't use it.
