This is a table center made by upcycling a used silk (正絹) fukuro obi. As shown in the last photo, it was labeled "Hiki-haku" and "Aoba Castle Emaki." It features illustrations reminiscent of the Tale of Genji. The weave prevents loose threads, making it suitable for a table center. There are some vertical wrinkles in one part and fine wrinkles that look like gold cloud patterns, making it a unique obi, but it's offered at a reduced price.
