This is the long skirt in photo 2. Two layers of tulle, one layer of lining. It was supposed to be used for a sudden photoshoot, but the fabric felt different, so it's unused. No elastic in the waist. The upper part of the waist, where it's joined, is cotton. (I'm not sure of the exact material because there's no tag.)
