From the Parker 50 Falcon series, I am selling a set of a fountain pen (XF, extra fine) and a ballpoint pen, both of which are the Flighter model with a beautiful, gentle stainless steel shine. The Falcon was a rare model produced for a short period from 1979 (or 78?) to 1983 (or 82?). Accessories include the outer box, case, Falcon original instruction manual, cartridges, and converter. I am selling these to organize my collection, which has grown too large. As you can see in the images, it is a very beautiful item with no scratches other than the hairline finish on the stainless steel. There is no fading of the gold trim, and it maintains a near-new appearance. The falcon on the instruction manual is cool. There are several theories about the manufacturing period, and I consider it to be from 1979, but the instruction manual was printed in June 1977, and it's unlikely they would make the manual a year and a half before the release, which supports the fact that the Falcon already existed in 1978. The ballpoint pen clicks normally, but the ink is dry and won't write. Please purchase your preferred G2 refill as needed. The fountain pen has a well-aligned nib and a beautiful finish. It is marked "XF," which is rare for the Falcon, which is famous for its two-sided nib. I tested it with a converter different from the one included. Perhaps because the nib is excellent, it writes smoothly without any snagging, even though it is extra fine. Since the neck and nib are made of stainless steel, there is almost no flexibility like a gold nib. The width of the letters is stable, and you can use it with the feeling of a ballpoint pen, making it easy to write. After testing, I have cleaned, dried, and stored it. The sharp form befitting the name Falcon will tighten the writer's mood. I will not sell it at a bargain price because it is a valuable, undamaged item.
