The top and bottom tapes have not been peeled or cut. See photos 13 and 14. When purchased used, the surface was covered with vinyl. Due to aging, the tape holding the surface vinyl is slightly discolored as shown in photos 8-12. I have not opened it myself, but I cannot guarantee that it is truly unopened, so please consider this before purchasing. Please understand that this is a used item, and consider purchasing with the understanding that it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
