This is a manual pencil sharpener from over 50 years ago. It sharpens pencils without any problems. There is rust and paint peeling. The body is made of iron (a magnet sticks to it). One of the rubber feet on the bottom is missing (see photo), so it wobbles. No price reduction is possible.
