This is a semi-junk item. I purchased it new about two years ago. The main issue is poor USB connection, which is intermittent. If the USB part could be repaired, I think it would work normally. Also, the wobbly and unstable feel when plugging in the USB is a characteristic of the original M-Audio design. Additionally, the black keys in the photos are loose. The product registration has been deregistered using the serial number.
