LEGO type... LEGO Duplo. My child was playing with it, so there may be some minor scratches. The car is a substitute and different from the one in the picture, and some parts are different from the instruction manual, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I will pack it in a box like in the picture and wrap it in bubble wrap. A dedicated box is not included. It is stored in the closet ♪(^.^)
