This is the first issue of "Creating a Weekly ThinkPad x61." The remaining parts are the keyboard, bottom memory cover, front panel, and HDD tray cover. I have confirmed that it boots, but I can't confirm the power switch because it's on the keyboard. (It should work if the terminals match with a keyboard from another model. There's one in the ThinkPad parts bundle I'm selling separately.) ThinkLight operation has been confirmed. The left side of the frame is cracked. Type 7673-3aj, commonly known as the x61, is a legendary machine that has captivated many collectors. It's a robust machine that can even run Windows 10. xseries I'm including a battery and one memory module as a bonus. There is no adapter or HDD. Please consider this as junk or for parts. I think it would be interesting to modify it into a desktop or all-in-one PC.
