This is a complete set including the reel body, the original single handle, the original spool, an SLP spool, and an aftermarket double handle. I am not considering selling these items separately. While there are no major noticeable scratches overall, there are some minor scratches from use. There are no major operational issues, but there is a slight gritty feeling. I am selling this because I purchased a new reel for eging.
