This piece primarily features crane and turtle katazome (stencil-dyed) antique fabric, with two types of safflower-dyed fabric and a chrysanthemum-patterned katazome arranged at the bottom. The backing fabric is shown in the last photo. By joining each piece of fabric and combining it with the antique fabric that will be the back (bottom row of photo 10), a free mat will be created. ◎Size Approximately 30cm (height) x 32.5cm (width) There are two crane and turtle patterns, but as shown in photo 8, there is a stain, so another piece of antique fabric has been placed over it.
