I made a patchwork bag using plain dyed tenugui (Japanese hand towel) and yukata fabric, pieced together in four sections. It's hand-dyed, so the color is uneven. It still has the unique smell of persimmon tannin from the dyeing process, but the smell will disappear over time. The inside is made of dark brown fabric. It has a pocket. It also has a magnetic button closure. The handles are also patchwork using persimmon tannin dyed tenugui/yukata fabric. They are padded with cotton. Scraps of persimmon tannin dyed tenugui are sewn onto the inside fabric.
