This pillow is a hot topic, known as a "sleeping chiropractor" that aligns the body and leads to restful sleep. I've used it for almost two years, but I've recently started sleeping without a pillow, so I'm putting it up for sale. I never put my head directly on the included cover, and always used an additional cover on top. There is a sense of use due to the material. The washed cover is included. You can adjust the filling to your preferred height. I removed some of the filling and used it that way.
