This is a bullet keyholder I purchased in Guam about 35 years ago. It's about 4 centimeters long and has a bit of weight to it. It's stamped with "w-w SUPER 44REMAG". I'm not interested in bullets, so I don't know much about it. If you're interested, please consider purchasing it.
