The Lightning 45 is 45L, so I think it's the perfect size for tent camping. You can also attach a mat and poles externally, and I think it has a considerable capacity. A rain cover is also included. The back length is infinitely adjustable, so I think it will fit most people. I purchased this on this site, but I'm selling it because it overlaps with the backpack I'm currently using.
