I purchased this from the official POPMART website. I have also attached an image of the purchase confirmation. I opened the package once to check the contents. Please note that the outer box will be folded and included. Returns are not accepted to prevent product substitution. This item is new and unused, but please be aware that it is a foreign product. If you have any concerns, please refrain from purchasing. I am not responsible for initial defects.
