Overall, I think it's in good condition, but there is some slight dirt as shown in the third image. I will wipe it down lightly with alcohol before handing it over. Please keep in mind that this is a used item that a child has used. I have a cat. I will use a lint roller when packing, but please understand that it may not be possible to remove all the cat hair.
