This is a clip-on blanket for use with strollers or when carrying a baby. The outer material is a lightweight down-like fabric, and the inside is fleece. It is a used item, so there may be some signs of wear. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. I think it will be useful in the cold weather we are experiencing now.
