I own a Winter White hamster and am selling this cage because I moved my hamster into a larger, custom-made cage. There are no cracks or noticeable scratches. There are also no gnaw marks, though there is some slight sign of use. The original box is not included. Please note: When attaching the wheel, the stopper must be parallel and requires a slight push to secure. (This is not a defect, but a product specification.) Also, when securing the bottom tray and roof, please ensure the indentations align properly. Forcing the buckles down from above can cause damage. Please confirm that the buckles move all the way down before securing them. Both of these are product specifications. Please be aware that I cannot accommodate damage caused by the buyer. The water bottle and bottle holder have been removed to prevent them from getting caught when packing in the cardboard box. Please refer to the included instruction manual for installation.
