Purchased used a few years ago and worn twice. Comes with the box. I haven't thrown away the instructions, warranty, etc., and have kept them. Both the belt and the main body have no noticeable scratches, as shown in the photos. The only difference from new is a slight feeling of use. The battery is dead.
