Miniature House "The Magic Ring House" This is a completed kit. It's modeled after the hobbit house from "The Lord of the Rings." The size is approximately 250mm wide x 200mm deep x 160mm high. The side of the chimney is a touch switch for the LED lights. The gate, front door, and back wall can be opened and closed. Two AAA batteries are included. All parts are glued, but if any come loose during shipping, please repair them yourself. An assembly manual is included. Note: The chimney smoke (cotton) is compressed due to packaging. Please pull it out and shape it upon opening. Please understand that this is a handmade item.
