I've only used it for about six months, so I don't think there's much wear and tear, but there's a dent-like mark on the inside where it would touch your stomach. See the fourth photo. It's foldable, so you can easily fold it up with a click-click-click sound when you're not using it. There are no instructions or box. I will waterproof it with plastic and pack it for shipping.
