This is a vintage pair of Tart Optical eyeglasses. The lenses are not included, so you can use them as sunglasses or regular eyeglasses. This is a wonderful piece for collectors, so please consider it. The color appears to be clear and black in the photos, but it is a very rare combination of clear and navy blue (very close to black).
