I believe the size is equivalent to a women's M. The fabric seems to be a thin fleece-like material, so I think it's perfect for spring and autumn, but this is just my personal opinion, so please consider it as a reference (please refer to the enlarged images to get an idea of the fabric). I don't see any particular defects, but this is a visual inspection by an amateur. Please understand and accept any small oversights.
