Only the main unit and cable are included. I've lost the original cable, so I'm including an Oyaide Electric HPC-35 (using PCOCC-A). This is the successor to the HFI-2200ULE and HFI-2200, which were called "Kumahon." Operation has been confirmed. There are many scratches overall. The pads were washed shortly before listing. The head pad was completely crushed, so I've refilled it with sponge.
