I probably bought these at the Baycrews outlet. They're SIMPLICITE pants. The back of the waist is elastic, so they're comfortable to wear. I used to wear them with flashy socks and loafers. The length is just right for showing off the socks. I've worn them a few times, so they show some wear, but they're still wearable.
