I purchased it from an online shop several years ago and wore it about twice. There are some fold wrinkles. There is a small stain on the collar of the blouse (see image 10). Some of the paint on the bell has peeled off (see image 12). Other than that, I think it's in relatively good condition. It will be shipped with water damage protection via Rakuraku Mercari delivery.
