Both items are finished to match (*´`) Using blue check as the base, I added wavy tape, small flower motifs, and embroidery to attach cute apples. It is finished firmly with thick fusible quilt batting. Fusible quilt batting is also used on the underside of the toilet paper holder lid. Batting is used even on the bias-bound parts.
