Thank you for viewing! This is a handmade tea cozy & teapot mat set. The front is made with white lace fabric combined with blue fabric, and the back is the same blue fabric with a few stitches added, with a double layer of batting in between. The pot mat is made in a similar way, with one layer of batting. The blue color is visible through the white lace, giving it a refreshing feel. This is a handmade item created by an amateur as a hobby, so it is not a perfect finish, with some uneven stitching and areas where the seams are not perfectly aligned. I washed and ironed it after making it, but some fine wrinkles remain. There are some small thread ends visible on the lace fabric stitching from the beginning. Also, I plan to fold the knob for shipping, so it may wrinkle. If you are not overly concerned and understand the nature of handmade items... how about it for your tea time? Thank you very much! ☺︎
